For 75 years, we have been a source of high quality products and superior
customer satisfaction for the distributor trade in the Tri-State area.
Charles W. Dunnet founded our company in 1935 selling eggs, ham and poultry
to wholesalers in the Philadelphia market. By 1946, we became a secondary
processor of butter and margarine, specializing in foodservice varieties
such as printed chips, reddies, quarters, one-pound solids and whipped
products. We also began packing private label butter and margarine for local
retail supermarket chains such as Food Fair, A&P and Acme Markets. As our
business grew we expanded our distribution to include the Tri-State area.
Twenty-two years after Charles W. Dunnet founded the company, he sold it to
State Brand Creameries, an Iowa Dairy Cooperative. In 1970, State Brand
Creameries merged with Associated Milk Producers, Inc. (AMPI) to become the
largest dairy co-op in the United States. This merger created a new
dimension to C.W. Dunnet & Co. adding a full spectrum of barrel and block
cheese to our growing list of products.

In 1985, management purchased C. W. Dunnet & Co. from AMPI, leading the way
in dramatically expanding our product lines to respond to customer needs.
This decision helped to position C.W. Dunnet & Co. as one of the leading
foodservice re-distributors in the country today. Some of our major lines
include: Tyson Foods, Hatfield Meats, Casa Di Bertacchi, Belgioioso, Hormel,
DeCecco, Friendship, Polly-O and Ancara Imported Italian Pastas, Olive Oils
and Tomatoes.

Within the last 10 years, we source seafood nationally and internationally
specifically for our customers needs. We have become very successful at
finding quality seafood at reasonable prices as a direct importer of
multiple species. With our experience of market trends and product
sourcing, we have helped our customers grow their seafood sales profitably
with ease.

C.W. Dunnet & Co. has been firmly established in the past, is making
substantial strides in the present, and shows great promise for the future.
